Cookie Policy
Last updated: 3 July 2026
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function, remember preferences and, with your consent, support analytics and advertising measurement. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixels (tracking tags). This Cookie Policy explains how Growth Circuit Pte. Ltd. ("Growth Circuit", UEN 202344962W) uses these technologies on growthcircuit.life.
This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. For personal data processed through cookies, the Privacy Policy describes your PDPA rights including access, correction and withdrawal of consent.
2. How we obtain consent
When you first visit our Website, a cookie banner presents three choices: Accept all, Reject all, or Customise. Non-essential cookies (analytics and marketing) are not placed until you consent. Your choice is stored in a cookie named for consent tracking for up to six months, after which we will ask again.
You may change preferences at any time by clearing site cookies in your browser and revisiting the site to trigger the banner again, or by adjusting browser settings as described below. Essential cookies cannot be disabled through our banner because the site requires them to operate.
3. Cookie categories
3.1 Essential cookies (always active)
These cookies are necessary for the Website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually set in response to actions you take, such as setting privacy preferences or submitting a form.
| Cookie / storage | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| gc_cookie_consent | Stores your cookie preference choice (JSON object) | 180 days (6 months) |
| Session cookies | Maintain basic session state for form security | Session |
3.2 Analytics cookies (consent required)
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the Website — which pages are viewed, how long users stay and whether errors occur. Data is aggregated where possible. We use analytics to improve content and site structure, not to profile individuals for unrelated purposes.
| Vendor | Example cookies | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics (GA4) | _ga, _ga_* | Distinguish users and sessions; page analytics | Up to 24 months |
Google Analytics privacy information: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You may opt out via Google's browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
3.3 Marketing / advertising cookies (consent required)
Marketing cookies and pixels may be used to measure the effectiveness of our own advertising campaigns and, where deployed, to build remarketing audiences for Growth Circuit's agency services. These technologies are not used to serve third-party ads for unrelated products on our Website without consent.
| Vendor | Example cookies / pixels | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Ads | _gcl_au, conversion tags | Conversion tracking for our campaigns | Up to 90 days |
| Meta (Facebook / Instagram) | _fbp, Meta Pixel | Ad measurement and remarketing | Up to 90 days |
| LinkedIn Insight Tag | li_sugr, UserMatchHistory | B2B campaign analytics | Up to 90 days |
Vendor opt-outs: Google Ads settings (adssettings.google.com), Meta Ad Preferences, LinkedIn advertising settings. Industry opt-out: youronlinechoices.com (where available).
4. Six-month storage note
As stated in our cookie banner, your consent preference is stored for six months (180 days). After expiry, the banner reappears and non-essential cookies are withheld until you choose again. Analytics and marketing cookies set by third parties follow the durations in the tables above, which may differ from our consent cookie period.
5. Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through settings. Blocking all cookies may affect Website functionality including form submission and preference storage. Consult your browser help documentation for instructions:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Mobile devices may offer additional advertising identifier controls in system settings (e.g. "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS, "Opt out of Ads Personalisation" on Android).
6. Do Not Track
Our Website does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals because no uniform industry standard exists. We honour the consent choices you make through our cookie banner instead.
7. Updates to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove vendors, change cookie durations or respond to legal requirements. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
