FAQ
Questions about the circuit
Straight answers about our marketing agency, engagement models and what we will never promise.
-
Is Growth Circuit a growth-hacking course, and does the `.life` mean it's about wellness?
No. We are a growth and performance marketing agency that builds and runs campaigns for client brands — not a course or bootcamp, and the `.life` TLD is branding only (NOT life coaching or wellness). "Circuit" refers to the growth loop we build (acquisition to retention), NOT electronics. We do not guarantee leads, sales or ROI; results depend on budget, market, product and competition.
-
Do you work on retainer or project basis?
Both. SGD retainers suit ongoing integrated campaign management — paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing and reporting on a fixed monthly cadence. Project scope works for funnel redesigns, campaign launches or analytics builds with a defined deliverable and timeline. We recommend retainers when you need continuous experimentation across the growth loop; projects when you have a specific activation or audit in mind.
-
What budgets do clients typically allocate?
Agency fees (excluding ad spend) typically range from S$4,500/month for focused SEO or reporting engagements to S$15,000+/month for full-service performance marketing retainers. Project scopes start around S$9,000. Media buying budgets vary widely by channel and APAC market — we discuss honest ROI framing during onboarding, never guaranteed returns.
-
How long does onboarding take?
Most retainers begin within two to three weeks of signed scope: access to ad accounts, analytics, CRM and brand assets, followed by a growth model audit and campaign planning workshop. Larger integrations with multiple markets or legacy tracking issues may add a week. We do not rush setup at the expense of conversion tracking accuracy.
-
Which channels and platforms do you manage?
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic display where justified, SEO and content marketing, email and CRM marketing, marketing automation platforms, and social media organic where it supports the growth loop. We select channel mix based on your audience targeting data and KPIs — not because a platform is trending.
-
How often do you report?
Weekly performance snapshots for active paid media; monthly growth reports with KPIs, funnel metrics, A/B test results and recommendations; quarterly strategic reviews for retainer clients. Your marketing dashboard is accessible between formal reports. Reporting cadence is agreed in project scope and adjustable as campaigns mature.
-
What are your contract and notice terms?
Retainers typically run on three-month initial terms with thirty days' written notice thereafter. Project scopes follow milestone-based schedules defined in the statement of work. Specific terms are in our client agreements — ask during enquiry and we will walk through them before you commit.
-
How do you handle personal data under PDPA?
We comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012. Contact form data is used only to respond to enquiries unless you become a client, in which case a separate data processing arrangement applies. See our Privacy Policy for retention periods, access rights and Data Protection Officer contact. Consent checkboxes on forms are never pre-ticked.
-
What do you NOT do?
We do not guarantee Google rankings, virality, lead volumes, sales or ROI. We do not promote get-rich-quick schemes, crypto or forex trading, MLM, or passive-income products. We are not a marketing course, accredited training provider, media publisher, SaaS product or life coaching service. We do not fabricate client logos, awards or platform partner badges.
-
Who owns ad accounts and marketing assets?
You retain ownership of ad accounts, analytics properties, CRM data and creative assets created for your brand. We request access to manage campaigns during the engagement. At contract end, access is revoked and we provide handover documentation. We do not hold accounts hostage — that would break the growth circuit trust we depend on.
Growth Circuit provides marketing and advertising services for client brands. We do not guarantee specific rankings, virality, leads, sales, revenue or return on investment. Outcomes depend on budget, market conditions, product and competition.
