1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://growthcircuit.life/ (the "Website") operated by Growth Circuit Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202344962W), a company registered in Singapore with its registered address at 3 Church Street, #25-01 Samsung Hub, Singapore 049483 ("Growth Circuit", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website. Separate written agreements govern paid marketing agency services if you become a client; in the event of conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the client agreement prevails for service delivery matters.

2. About Growth Circuit

Growth Circuit is a growth and performance marketing agency based in the Singapore CBD. We provide professional marketing and advertising services for client brands, including brand strategy, campaign planning, paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and programmatic where appropriate), SEO, content marketing, social media, creative production, marketing automation, email and CRM marketing, analytics, conversion optimisation and reporting.

We serve marketing managers, founders, brand owners and growth leads at Singapore and APAC companies — SMEs, scale-ups and established brands — who engage an agency to run measurable, results-oriented client campaigns under project scope or SGD retainer arrangements.

3. Brand and domain clarification

To avoid misunderstanding, these clarifications form part of these Terms:

• ".life" domain: The top-level domain ".life" is used for branding purposes only. Growth Circuit is NOT a life coaching service, wellness programme, personal transformation provider or health-related business.
• "Circuit": Refers to the closed growth loop (acquisition, activation, retention and referral) that we design and run as part of our marketing agency services. It does NOT refer to electronics, printed circuit boards, electrical engineering or motorsport racing circuits.
• Not a course or SaaS: We are a professional services marketing agency. We do not sell growth-hacking courses, marketing bootcamps, accredited training, software subscriptions or ad-tech products you sign up to use independently.
• Not a publisher: We are not a media outlet, news publisher, magazine or content platform. Case studies and website content describe our agency work, not editorial publishing.

4. Website use and acceptable conduct

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in Singapore or your jurisdiction.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers or data.
• Transmit malware, spam, automated scraping tools or other harmful code.
• Impersonate Growth Circuit or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

5. Enquiries and contact form

Submitting an enquiry through our contact form or email does not create a client relationship or obligation for Growth Circuit to provide services. We will assess enquiries in good faith and respond within our stated business hours. You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to submit it. PDPA consent is required via our contact form checkbox, which is never pre-checked.

6. Marketing and results disclaimer

Growth Circuit provides marketing and advertising services including strategy, paid media, SEO, content, social and creative for client brands. We do not guarantee specific rankings, virality, leads, sales, revenue or return on investment. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including budget, market conditions, product quality, pricing, competition, seasonality and platform algorithm changes.

Any case studies, metrics, percentages or performance figures on the Website or in our proposals reflect past or illustrative client work under specific conditions. They are not promises or forecasts of future performance. Indicative SGD fee ranges are guides only and do not constitute offers or binding quotes.

Information on the Website is general in nature and does not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice. You should consult appropriate professional advisers before making business decisions based on marketing performance expectations.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, layout, photographs and design elements — is owned by Growth Circuit Pte. Ltd. or used under licence and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Growth Circuit name, logo and "Circuit Azure" design elements are our trade identity. You may not use them without prior written permission except as necessary to link to our Website in a fair and accurate manner.

Photographs on the Website are used for illustrative purposes representing our agency environment and work style. They do not depict guaranteed client outcomes or endorsements unless explicitly stated in a signed client agreement.

8. Third-party links and platforms

The Website may link to third-party websites or reference advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and others). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies or practices. References to platforms do not imply official partnership, certification or endorsement unless explicitly stated in a verifiable agreement. We do not display fabricated partner badges.
